RENTAL AGREEMENT

This rental agreement is made and executed on this the 22nd day of June
2012(22.06.2012) at Azhagiyamandapam by and between:-

MR.H.SHEIK MUJEEBUR RAHMAN


2/237, Mulagumoodu post,
Azhagiyamandapam,
Kanyakumari District – Tamil Nadu,
Pin - 629167.

Hereinafter called as the owner of the one part and in favor of:-

A.ABDUL AZEEZ
3 PK Street, Edalakudy - Kottar,
Nagercoil-2.
PH:-9952705155

Hereinafter called the TENANT of the other part and in witnesses as follows:-

The terms both the parties shall mean and include their respective heirs, legal
respective, administrators, executors, assigns successors etc.

And whereas the owner is the legal possession holder of the residential house at No.
2/237, Mulagumoodu post, Azhagiyamandapam, Kanyakumari District - 629167.
Which is more fully described in the schedule hereunder and the tenant approached
the owner to let out the premises on rental basis under the following conditions.

1. The owner agreed to let out the premises to the tenant on a monthly rent of
Rs.2500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred Only) per month and the
Tenant agreed to pay the rent within 10th day of every month.
2. This agreement is made and executed on this day by both parties for the period
of eleven months with effect from 23.06.2012
3. The tenant shall use the premises for residential purpose only.
4. The tenant shall not sub-let or underlet the premises to any person’s without
the written consent of the owner.
5. The tenant has to pay electricity charges as per the demand bill issued by the
authorities every month regularly.
6. The tenant has paid a sum of Rs.20, 000/-(Twenty Thousand Rupees Only) as
security deposit to the owner and the owner acknowledges the receipt of the
said sum by signing this agreement, and this amount does not carry any
interest, and the same shall be refundable to the tenant by the owner at the
time vacating the premises.
7. The tenant shall keep the premises along with fixtures and fittings in good and
tenantable condition without any damages and also shall paint the premises at
the time of vacating, failing which the owner is at liberty to deduct the damage
cost along with painting charges from the deposit amount.
8. Both the parties can terminate this agreement by giving two months notice in
advance before the expiry of 11 months.
9. The owner is at liberty to inspect the premises on all reasonable hours with an
intimation to tenant.
10. Where as tenant shall pay Rs3500 for painting work at the time of vacating the
house premises.

SCHEDULE

All the Piece and Parcel of the Premises situated in Second floor, 2/237,
Mulagumoodu post, Azhagiyamandapam, Kanyakumari District, 629167.
Consists of One bed room, Hall, Kitchen, toilet and bath room with RCC Roofing.

IN WITNESS WHERE OF both the parties have affixed their respective signatures to
this rental agreement on the date, month and year above written before the following
at Azhagiyamandapam.
