A.Key Personal Resources:
The Overall total number of employee/ staff including the manager and the supervisor in
the café in 1 day shift schedule. The duties and the responsibility of each individual, and
also the time schedule.
Manager:
The one who handle overall operation in the café, daily sales, monthly report, coordinate
with the supplier.
Supervisor:
The second people, who handle the operation in a daily basis, handle customer concern,
incident report, and monthly inventory
Barista/Crew:
The one, who preferred beverages, handles customer service; maintain overall cleanliness
in the dining area.
Kitchen Staff:
Dishwasher:
They are the one who clean up all the dishes and maintain the overall cleanliness on the
kitchen.
Security Guard:
They are the one who secured overall security in the café.
