sometime their trade secret.

liability in relation to its role in cross-border paperless transactions.

issues related to their role in cross-border paperless transactions.

• Liability, in this context includes liability for inaccurate data, loss of


data, delay, programmer error and machine error.

• Clearly establish liability between parties in cross border electronic


trade transactions.
