During the second week, I was focusing on the class management and the techniques
of managing the classroom environment. In sunday18th students was so active and
their voices were loud during the activities, so, in Tuesday 20th I decided to change the
plan and I used points strategy by providing a list of students names then I start
explaining the strategy to the students. There are two different points black and green,
student who start doing nutty behaviors will get the black point in front of his name
and student who start doing great job during the lessons such as, talking in quiet voice,
doing the work on time, clear handwriting and asking for permission from the teacher
before they go to the bathroom or move around the class will get green point and I was
noticing positive changes in students attitudes. Moreover, my MST is using the same
strategy but in groups and I think that using it individually will give students the
chance to develop their individual behaviors, improve their self motivation and self
esteem, help in feeling that they are responsible about their own work and attitudes

also, giving students different rewards such as, smiley face or stickers that represent
their good work during the class will make students feel interacted about the lesson
this also will increase their energy and affect positively to their performance in the
class. Besides, I think that every day when I attend the school I learn more skills and
experiences so, according to my experience during this week I learned that using
positive rewards and especially the oral feedback such as; Excellent, well-done and
good job will help in improving students level and developing their self-confidence.
