Project Description:
TATA Motors is one of the Leading Manufacturer in Passenger Car Business unit (PCBU), Commercial Vehicle
Business Unit (CVBU). They have implemented centrally hosted CRM and dealer management system on
Siebel Automotive. This is used by all the channel partners of Tata Motors for performing entire, pre-sales,
sales, post sales and spare parts related operations.
The application is used by more than 27000 users across India. The technical landscape includes Siebel
integrated with SAP for procurement and dispatches, customer developed warranty system and portals. It
also includes the SOA and BPM platform, Cordys, which is primarily used for integration for Siebel with
portals for all the customer facing processes such as test drive requests, Complaints Registration etc.

Responsibilities:
 Provide post-implementation support
 Providing design alternatives to meet requirements
 Followed up with Siebel support for SR’s
 Performance tune-up with help of Siebel Architecture and Oracle TAM

Workflows:I worked on workflows for enabling automation requirements like status and sales stage
management in Sales cycle. Also I worked upon workflows for enabling creation of Claims in the vehicle
service cycle.
EAI:I worked on Siebel and SAP integration using BAPI adaptors for posting the claims in SAP. I worked on
developing Web Services in Siebel using Siebel ASI framework for enabling real-time integration between
Siebel to Portals or Cordys Middleware.
Multilingual: Performed case study for multilingual implementation. In this case study, I study customized
SRF and prepared a plan and various solutions for non-supportive multilingual objects.

COTS is an effective and efficient solution in tracking crime occurrence in a country. The 2 key objectives of
the system are Process Automation & Intelligence.
Process Automation: A Police Force has processes to respond to the demands of law enforcement (eg.
Creation of case based on a crime occurrence) Intelligence: Intelligence that can help track the progress of
cases from a management perspective and to resolve criminal cases from an inspector perspective
The system includes a Case Management solution that enables automating manual processes and delivering
intelligence to improve the effectiveness and outcomes of the processes. A COT automates the process of
handling crime occurrence, and provides information that helps the right officers within a Police Force to
close cases

Responsibilities:
 Go-live and post Go-live planning
 Customized the out-of-the-box using Siebel Tools creating and modifying business objects, business
components, views, screens and applets.
 Worked on Enhancement Requirements to apply the new functionality and modifications in the
