2013–Present Facility Engineer

PT. Krakatau Posco, Cilegon (Indonesia)
PT. Krakatau Posco is a Joint Venture Company between PT. Krakatau Steel Indonesia and Pohang
Steel & Iron Company of South Korea. This JVCo is investing about 6 billion US dollar to build new
steel plant with 6 million tons of yearly production.
I work as Facility Engineer in Facility Technology Division Structur and Drawing
Maintenance Mechanical Technology
▪ Mechanical Technology review by calculating and comparing facility specification with operating
condition , so we can archieve optimal performance of each facility.
▪ Mechanical failure analysis to find possibility cause of failure by collect important information ,
research and improve with scientific data.
▪ Review Investment program from each Plant by considering reason of investment , effectiveness
and budget.
▪ Assist scheduled maintenance in each plant (CB/SD/MR/Emergency).

▪ Analysis strengthness of our stell structure facility by performing structure analysis software so we
can prevent failure by giving reinforcement recommendation. Using Software Structure MIDAS
GEN and Autodesk Inventor.
Drawing Management and Control Drawing work
▪ Manage drawing of all facility by operating drawing management system, and collect ing as built
drawing from maker.
▪ Manage drawing work request , scheduling and prepare man power.
▪ Redesign new part for improvement.

▪ Inspection All Belt Conveyor in each Plant in PT Krakatau Posco, with visual inspection and make
recommendation for repair that Belt Conveyor if there is something failure.
▪ Make and analysis in area Krakatau Posco for the place needed Bridge dan make recomendation
to give that area Canal Bridge.
▪ Make Modelling and analysis Belt Conveyor in each Plant Krakatau posco with software MIDAS
GEN and if there not good condition my team will gave recommendation for reinforcement.
I work as Maintenance Engineer in Diagnosis Team
▪ Check and measurement Facility in each Plant like Belt Conveyor, Structure, Rail, Pallet, and
Facility in plant with TOTAL STATION and we get the result like Levelling, Alignment, that result will
make the calculation dan give the result to plant manager to do repair.
