Senior Consultant June 2014 – Present
Dashboarding & Data Visualization
• Developed a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) dashboard to track demographic information, attendance,
and interests of 1,000+ customers; providing real-time feedback on the audience at client events.
• Designed a dashboard to track progress of more than 600 Cross Agency Priority Goal (CAP Goal) milestones,
while automatically generating reports that highlight the progress and status of each milestone.
• Created a dashboard from ~2.5 million individual survey responses, enabling the client to perform specific data cuts
of interest in an immediate basis.
Data Analytics
• Spearheaded a 7-month survey analysis endeavor for a client to better understand performance management in the
federal government; developed custom reports for all CFO-act agencies and prepared briefing for Director of OMB.
• Performed a clustering analysis to group similar agencies together to develop “models” of performance
management within the federal government.
• Used a networking analysis tool, Gephi, to analyze the relationships between more than 700 Army policy
documents and visualize the “web” of policies in the Medical Readiness space.
• Analyzed a 33,000-row data source of timesheet entries for a government client to highlight time spent on actions
and reports. This analysis provided quantitative backing to a published Inspector General report evaluating this
organization’s performance.
Process Improvement

including developing new reports and templates to be used as well as documenting roles and responsibilities.
• Led a new initiative for a military organization, facilitating discussions to develop metrics and metric standards,
