Additional agreements
The product corresponds to German food law and to applicable European regulations.
The requirements of the Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 (EC Organic Regulation) in the
current version are fulfilled.

The product corresponds to the requirements of the Comission Regulation (EC) No 1881/2006 of
the 19 December 2006 setting maximum levels for certain contaminants in foodstuffs and to the
complying subsequent regulations.

There are no genetically modified organisms or their metabolic products (GMO) used in the
production. The exclusion of genetically modified organisms (GMOs) and/or their derivatives are
ensured as per Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007. According to Regulation (EC) No 1829/2003
and in conjunction with Regulation (EC) No 1830/2003, there is no labelling requirement.

Due to our standard of technology and as far as humanly possible, the risk of contamination
through foreign substances can be nearly excluded.
