school's Drama class.

and summative assessments.
 Communicated with parents and guardians about their student's status in the class.
 Attended various parent/teacher meetings, professional development days, and
other committee meetings within the schools (such as AVID and Child Study).
 Implemented techniques and philosophies learned in graduate-level education
classes.
 Attended 600+ hours of classroom time over a period of 75 days for Colorado
Teaching License.

 Traveled to Israel and the West Bank in the State of Palestine to teach refugee
camp children in the city of Ramallah.

SENIOR MENTOR - INTRAX INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE


EVERY JULY 2006-2008
 Hosted a large group of foreign high-school age students who were awarded with a
trip to Washington D.C. for being the best English speakers in their country.
 Interacted with various cultures from Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, as
well as exposing the students to US culture.
 Helped students with their English classes before the daily tour.
 Promoted to the position of “Senior Counselor” position for actively engaging the
students as well as helping the students respectfully participate with each other.
