Master has to prepare from time to time a written report to judge the SMS
during his stay on board.Half-yearly written report is possible and/or if
master is changing the command. During Internal and External Audits on board
as well as verification of reports by the office staff it came up that Master’s
SMS Review (according to the concerned Form) are filled out impracticably or not
sufficiently. Improving proposals or ideas concerning SMS are welcome to the Company
and DP.
Following topics of content are given to bring this Review in an acceptable style,
so that Authorities, Auditors and Company’s Management are able to read the Status
of Safety Management on Board .
Note: The text in the Standard Form is an example only and does not cover the entire
SMS verification as to be concerned.

The signatories to this agreement certify that security measures and arrangements for both the port
facility and the ship during specified activities meet the provisions of chapter XI-2 and part A of the
Code that will be implemented in accordance with the provisions already stipulated in their approved
plan or the specific arrangements agreed to and set out in the attached annex.

of Security is to cover two or more ships, this model should be appropriately modified.
Following new crew members were briefed and familiarized and introduced to the Ship’s Security in
accordance with the ISPS Code understanding the necessity and the measures of this ship. Special
security duties (part A and B of this code), changing of Security Level, gangway watch, search,
protection of Restricted Areas and others were explained, accepted and can be performed.
