Pak RT : Jil, anaknya tadi ngomong, lagi kurang sehat, bagaimana kalau pak
RT saja yang memimpin doa?
Jil : Wahh maaf deh, saya tidak biasa, bagaimana kalau anda saja?
Based on conversation above, can be seen that Jil has the same understanding in
looking of the context that is discussed (reference) such as lead the prayer and event
that is held then Jil can understand that the subject is being talked is Kyai.
Understanding is what is needed by someone in interpreting or understanding a word or
sentence talked or spoken by others (External Context the Scope of Meaning). In
addition, in the conversation has several speech acts are:
The meaning of locution is "Jil, his son is talking, he is unhealthy, How if Mr. RT leads
the prayer?"
The meaning of illocution is Kyai can not lead the prayer for this moment, because he
was sick. And Jil was asked to lead the prayer today.
The meaning of perlocution is Mr. RT wanted Jil to lead the prayer today.
Because Jil has the same meaning of illocution with the meaning of perlocution
from the speaker (Mr. RT), of course the hearer (Jil) answer "wahh sorry, I am not
unusual". In the sentence "wahh sorry, I am not unusual" is the action of the hearer (Jil)
to the message was conveyed by the speaker (Mr. RT), and it is an act perlocution.
Even in the conversation above, Jil used Pragmatic with Speech Act (Indirect) form that
is "Wahh sorry, I am not unusual". In the sentence there is an indirect rejection without
having to use the word no. In addition, the conversation above there are several speech
acts forms that is:
So it can be concluded that in the conversation above there are already speech
acts, speech acts forms and pragmatics usage.
Paman kamu saja, dia kan orang arab, pasti bisa (bicara ke Said).
Jil : Iya.
Based on conversation above, it can be seen that Said has the same
understanding because at that moment, he was looking Mr. RT and Jil spoke, so when
Mr. RT talked to him that is "your uncle only, he is Arab, certainly he can", Said was
directly understand the intended purpose. If Said does not hear what is said, it is
probably supported by his knowledge that Arab is identical with the mastery of the
Qur'an, since the Qur'an uses Arabic. Beside that, he can see the context that Kyai
whom was invited in the event did not come (reference). Understanding is what is
needed by someone in interpreting or understanding a word or sentence talked or
spoken by others (External Context the Scope of Meaning). In addition, in the
conversation has several speech acts are:
Because Said has the same meaning of illocution with the meaning of
perlocution from the speaker (Mr. RT), of course the hearer (Said) answer with the act
of turning to his uncle without saying anything to Mr. RT, but the movement shown the
answer of the hearer (Said) to the message was conveyed by the speaker (Mr. RT), and
it is an act perlocution. In addition, the conversation above there is one speech acts form
that is:
1. Requesting Speech acts in which there is a request or suggestion that is "your
uncle only, he is an Arab, certainly he can".
So it can be concluded that in the conversation above there are only speech acts
and speech acts form.
Paman : Saya tidak berani memimpin doa, said. Saya takut doanya tidak
diterima, walaupun hanya membaca bismillahhirrahmanirrahim
Paman : Dasar tidak mengerti bahasa arab. Kalian bodoh, saya lagi
ngomong, kalian malah bilang amin.
Based on conversation above, can be seen that uncle has the same understanding
in looking of the contexts discussed (reference) that is the place of event and Kyai
whom was invited in the event did not come , then uncle can understand that he was
asked to lead the prayer at the event. If he does not have understanding of the context,
he can say "yes" because "prayer" that was said by Said is still general, it is not specific.
Understanding is what is needed by someone in interpreting or understanding a word or
sentence talked or spoken by others (External Context the Scope of Meaning). In
