• Working in Japan as a nursing aid for this program requires a considerable amount
of nursing education. Therefore, our hospital considers this level equivalent to the
level of practical nurses or higher, being able to obtain the national qualification
within 3 years, and has established our salary system accordingly. As the person in
charge of the training, we have selected a staff member who has experience being a
nursing school instructor so that she will be able to provide the necessary education
or instruction to the candidate. Our staff members who experienced studying

be able to provide support for the candidate’s learning Japanese. At our hospital,
there are quite a few foreign patients who are sailors. The staff members with an
English qualification mainly communicate with these patients. We consider that the

take an intensive course from a nursing school (vocational college) from which our
