e created and how far the sound can reach. The students can
d watch the video as many times as they like to get a good
a understanding of the material to apply what they know to

g The students will be asked to go to explorelearning.com and
y click on browse gizmos. From there, the students will search
the gizmo longitudinal waves and click the first option. The
students will have 5 min to complete the gizmo without the
login. There is more than enough time to change variables up
to two times to see the difference on how sound waves travel.
The students will be asked to change their strength and
frequency to see if their sound waves are close together or
spread apart. To show proof that two trials were completed
they will be asked to screenshot their trials and attach it to a
word document explaining what happened as the two
variables were changed and why. Finally, the students will
post their finding on a discussion board to see if their results
matched up with their peers.
