natural resources, and human resources.

skills with my supervisor and co-workers as I believe having good communication skills
is vital in any career.

Suggestions:
I don’t really have many suggestions that I can give this agency to improve the fieldwork experi-
ence. This semester was a unique situation because my supervisor was given new duties with the
outdoor center, taking him away from the recreation center more than he would be in previous
semesters. The only issue was that I was not able to have quite as much face-to-face meetings
with my supervisor to discuss and talk about my experiences. Other than that one minor change,
I absolutely enjoyed my field work experience at the Student Recreation Center this semester. It
was a challenging experience but that is what made it so rewarding. I was challenged ,by my su-
pervisor, to expand my knowledge about programming and the recreation center but was given
the proper tools and help in order to further expand myself professionally.
