1. Area: Web Development

2. Introduction: i-KidsManagement is a web based nurseries and kindergarten

management system.

3. Problem statement:
i. Insecure and un-updated children’s information.
Tadika Kasih Bonda only use manual registration which
is parent need to fill in form on paper that often gone
missing from time to time.

ii. Parent often forget to bring required document during

children’s registration.
Most of parent forgot to bring photostat of their children
mykid or birth certificate. Also parent sometimes even forgot to
bring their children’s mykid card. This will make the registration
incomplete.

iii. Hard to monitor children’s activity and achievement.

As we know, most of the children’s parent are working.
So they do not have much time to go to the kindergarten
to monitor their children’s activity and achievement.

4. Objective:
 To design a website which allows parent to register and monitor their
children anytime and anywhere.
 To develop a i-KidsManagement website based on web development.
 To test the usability this web development website.
5. Significant: This website will enable kindergarten administrators and teachers to keep
and update each children’s personal profile and parents’ information securely on the
system. This website also helps parent conveniently get information from kindergarten
on their children’s activities and achievement. Parent will get system-generated invoice
for their kids classes, meal fee, and extra-curricular activities fee as well as friendly
payment reminders through email.
