WHO IS AT RISK PROBABILITY SCALE OF ACTION
RISK?
Anyone near Unlikely if precautions  Make sure camera is in secure safe position and no large
camera are followed movements are made near the camera. Make sure no one is
knelt under the camera or doing any activity near the camera
that may cause it to fall. Regularly check that camera
equipment is securely stood and is not likely to fall.
Anyone near Unlikely if precautions  Ensure all electricals are safety checked and that no liquids
electrical are followed are left near electricals. If any liquids are spilt near any
equipment electrical equipment, ensure the spillage is cleaned up
immediately and that the electrical equipment is safety
checked again.
Anyone who may Unlikely if precautions  Ensure lighting equipment doesn’t overheat. Only turn on when
accidentally touch are followed in use. Do not touch the bulb of lighting equipment. Keep a note
lighting equipment of all lighting equipment that is used, so that it is certain that
all equipment has been turned off when not in use. Ensure no
easily flammable substances are within the reach of the
warmth emitted by the lighting equipment.
