DIAGNOSTICO HALLAZGOS
Salida pérdida persistente e incontrolada de líquido
por vagina.
ANAMNESIS Pérdida intermitente de líquido o humedad perineal
contínua.
Averiguar serología para HIV en control prenatal.
Examen obstétrico para determinar edad gestacional,
actividad uterina y etapa de la labor de parto.
Frecuencia cardíaca fetal por cualquier método.
EXAMEN FISICO Examen especular: evidencia de salida de líquido por
cérvix, maniobras de valsalva produce salida, toma de
muestras (cristalografía, gram y fresco) previo al
tacto vaginal.
Biometría Hemática.
EMO Urocultivo
PCR – VSG (si es prolongada o el parto no es
inminente)
HIV (previo consentimiento informado si no consta en
historia o carné prenatal)
EXAMENES DE
Cristalografía: Tomar muestra con hisopo del fondo
LABORATORIO
de saco posterior de vagina, colocar en portaobjetos
dejar secar al aire y valorar la cristalización en
helecho, siempre antes de realzar tacto vaginal.
ECOGRAFIA: Valora índice de líquido amniótico:
Oligohidramnios.
Monitoreo fetal electróncio (si tiene disponible).
