Working in Global Network Services Center as Sr. RF Engineer on 4G, LTE, WiMAX technologies
The main responsibilities of this position includes:
* To Provide RF Planning, Optimization and Performance technical support and to initiate, execute & deliver
Corporate or Division level project.
* Setup the trial projects for the performance benchmark. Liaison with Huawei product R&D dept. to solve
complex issues especially during trails of new product or RAN features in trial project.
* Negotiate the scope of work and the Project Network KPI, single site, cluster level, network level
acceptance criteria
* RF Optimization Services experience on WiMAX, LTE Technologies
* Providing methodologies for the performance & service evaluations.
* Global optimization and reporting for whole WiMAX(3.9Ghz) network for Suly City.
* Drive test and Optimization for LTE and WiMAX Network.
* Traffic analyzing and network performance analyzing during daily KPI checking of LTE/WiMAX
Network.
* Following and resolving customer complaint related to coverage and quality issue
* SAR (Site Acquisition Report) and FSR (Final Survey Report)
* Frequency, Preamble index, pilot number, transmit power planning and Neighbor planning,
interference analysis and optimization For WiMAX and LTE Networks.
* AP Signaling analyzing and User trace analyzing By M2000.
*Conduct drive test for WIMAX Radio Network Optimization using X-CAL-X software as a Drive test tool and
conduct drive test Analysis using X-CAP-X software to determine the source of problem such as Coverage
Gap ,Low signal ,Overshooting ,Interference, User unbalance ,Low Throughput ,Bad performance of Site and
Sector .
*Prepared report based on drive test and KPI to preparing recommendation for solving the network problems
using xcap-x, MapInfo and Google earth and Simulation result.
*NOC monitoring, parameter modification and remote troubleshooting using Motorola EMS and LMT.
*Provide the Technical site Survey Report (TSSR) to determine the best orientation and down tilt of antenna to
have a good coverage.
*Conduct KPI testing, test the maximum throughput per sector of the site to ensure that the site can serve for
agreed maximum number of subscriber per site.
*Conducts RF acceptance testing.
*Network KPI monitoring and reporting daily to checking Network performance and Network Traffic analyzing.
*Using spectrum analyzer to finding external interference.
*Suggest new site location during optimization to solving the congested site if it not solved by Optimization.
* Site Planning by Atoll and make Simulation to new site.
* Preamble Index, Frequency Planning, Nominal site and NI analyzing.
* Coverage and Capacity Planning for the new areas & High traffic zones network.
