Responsible for assisting PhD candidates with their dissertation research in the OSU Sport’s Biomechanics Laboratory which is
a multidisciplinary effort between engineers, physical therapists, athletic trainers, coaches, and physicians
• Organized and analyzed insurance information on workplace lower-limb amputees in order to develop a long-term cost-
effectiveness and Markov decision models
• Developed and executed a research protocol to validate a new motion capture system
• Collected and analyzed motion capture data on various population cohorts (above-knee amputees; partial-hand and trans-
radial amputees; healthy controls) performing various tasks of daily living
• Tasks include level and incline walking, running, jumping, stair negotiation, and hand dexterity activities
