REP=ICN flight release procedure

1、 send the flight schedule to ICN ATC before **:** PM on the day before

scheduled flight

2、 Send GD to ICN station one day in advance, offer 6 copies to the crew.

3、 REP-ICN alternate airport: RKSS RKPC

ICN-REP alternate airport: VDPP

4、 Caution: provide the aeronautical information area NOTAM：VDPP VLVT

5、 When you make the CFP, you must choose the aircraft with R, which means the

aircraft equipped with lift raft. Example: XU-99*R.

6、 When you make the assignment book, you should choose the aircraft with R.

7、 When you send the fuel telegraph to the weight and balance department, you

should add R behind the aircraft number.

8、 REP-ICN additional fuel not less than 1500KG. ICN-REP total fuel is

18000KG.
9、 If QD801 ETD is after 21:50, you can choose the C01 as the route.

10、 ICN-REP, you should finish the flight release 4H before departure

time, and send the FPL to ICN ATC by AFTN.

11、 For the flight QD802 ICN-REP, Send the FPL to all the en-route ATC department

by 3 group
