 My plan is a reflection of my personal interests and efforts to develop myself. I chose my activities for various
intentional reasons. I was recently chosen to be Director of Marketing for the Kolodzik Business Scholars Association
(KBSA). I am excited because this role will help me gain experience related to my major and be able to give back to an
organization I am passionate about. I hope to continue to be a part of KBSA for the rest of college in various leadership
roles. In the athletic category, I am a part of the women’s club soccer team. Playing helps give me an adrenaline release
and lets me get to know people outside of business. Being on the team is not an unreasonable commitment and gives me
access to some travelling around Ohio to play. For global, I am about to go to Montreal with my KBS class. Learning
about cultural differences makes me excited about the future travelling I could do. I would consider doing another study
abroad class in my 2nd year, possibly to South America. I would love to incorporate some kind of service into the trip. A
study abroad like this will allow me to expand my worldview and do some learning outside the classroom. I also intend
on doing a semester abroad during my 3rd year spring semester. I am interested in taking classes that can count for one of
my three majors, while being able to explore Europe. I am not sure exactly what city I would go to, but I will figure out
what is best for me. As for community engagement, I hope to continue Bearcat Buddies. I enjoy this program for the
connection with younger kids. I love seeing my student do well and being able to give her 1 on 1 help. She motivates me
to be patient and remember what life was like at 10 years old. I also want to be a part of Students Consulting for
Nonprofits (SCNO). Being in SCNO will help me to gain experience in business consulting while giving back to the
community. Delta Sigma Pi professional business fraternity helps me in various aspects, from networking to service. The
organization holds various events that pertain to different focuses, which makes my experience more well- rounded.
Since there are hundreds of chapters around the US, being able to say you are a Deltasig can help make a connection with
someone even if they grew up away from you. As for professional experience, I think I want to be on the track of doing
summer internships. I want to work for companies who are involved in market research, like Nielsen or P&G. I believe
gaining experience in market research will help me decide what route I want to go in when I do end up looking for a job.

All of my activities help me to develop many aspects of myself. Balancing all of these in my schedule as well as
schoolwork helps me to build time management. Composing this narrative helps me to affirm that my choices are
benefitting me in some way. I hope to not become overinvolved so that I can give my best effort to what I am involved in.
Overall, I am prepared to adapt as my plan changes.
