This letter will serve as formal notice to you that you are in default of
monthly your obligation which was contracted on January 01, 2017 and due
every 25th of the month starting January 2017.

Unless full payment is made within ten (10) days from the date of this letter,
I will be constrained to file the necessary legal action against you and
exercise whatever rights and remedies I have under the law.

Accordingly, a FINAL DEMAND is hereby made upon you to settle your

indebtedness within ten (10) days from the date of this letter. Otherwise I
will be constrained to file the necessary legal action against you and exercise
whatever rights and remedies I have under the law.

I trust that you will give this matter your prompt and preferential attention
to avoid the expense and inconvenience of litigation.
