SUMMARY
with 0.3 mgL-1 zeatina was the one that achieved the best results with 88 % of
germination and a very low percentage of contamination. Finally the multiplication test
evaluate the effect of two citoquininas (Zeatina and BAP) in different concentrations, it was
obtained like result that the variables Contamination and survival did not present significant
differences between the treatments, nevertheless, the variables bud Elongation, callus
Presence and shoot height, the treatments in which the cultivation was supplemented with
zeatina achieved the best answers especially with the treatment under WPM culture
supplemented with 1.25 mgL-1 Zeatina.

1. INTRODUCCIÓN
1
