SWORN STATEMENT

I, NOR-IN I. HALIKIN, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of

Farm, Sumagdang, Isabela City, Philippines, after being duly sworn to in
accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

That I am the one referred to as “Norin Harikin” in the purported Statement of

Contributions Received (SOCR) attached in the complaint against
Assemblyman AHMAD ALI S. ISMAEL for Violation of Section 100 in relation to
Section 262 of Batas Pambansa Blg. 881, or Omnibus Election Code, as
Amended by RA 7166.

That I admit to being a supporter and to have campaign for Assemblyman

ISMAEL during the 2013 National and Local Election.

I categorically deny having made any monetary contribution for his election.
True, I supported and campaign for Assemblyman ISMAEL in as much as I see
in him a potential of a good leader. But, my support and contribution was
confined to mobilizing people and helping in some logistical support without
having to shell out any amount out of my pocket.

That the insinuation that I contributed monetary amount is with ill intent
meant to put Assemblyman ISMAEL in bad light.

That this ill intent is manifest in the fact that my name therein was not even
correctly stated.

That I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing.

AFFIDAVIT OF DISCREPANCY/CORRECTION

I, ALNASER ARAHAM ASAD, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident

of Sta. Barbara Zamboanga City, Philippines, after being duly sworn to in
accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

That I was issued by LTO a Professional Driver’s License.

That in the said Driver’s License my surname therein was inadvertently entered
as ASNO instead of the correct one which is ASAD; hence, my full name
appearing therein was printed as ASNO, ALNASER ARAHAM instead of ASAD,
ALNASER ARAHAM, which is my true and correct name as borne out in my TIN
ID and other pertinent records.

That I am executing this Affidavit of Discrepancy to attest to the truth of the

foregoing, and to explain the inadvertent encoding of my surname appearing in
my Professional Driver’s License vis-à-vis all other records.
