찬 is the adjective form of 차다.

너무 더워서 찬 물로 It was really hot, so I took a shower with 너무 = too much, excessively

끝나면 말해 주세요. Tell me when it’s over. -(으)면 = once + S + V


말하다 = to tell, to speak, to say, to talk
-아/어/여 주세요 = Do something for me.

아직 다 안 끝났어요. It’s not over yet. 아직 = yet


다 = all, whole, every
안 = not

내일 몇 시에 끝나요? What time do you finish tomorrow? 내일 = tomorrow


몇 시 = what time
-에 = at, in, from, to

30분 내로 끝날 거예요. It will finish within 30 minutes. 30분 = thirty minutes


내 = within (a certain amount of time or distance)
-(으)ㄹ 것이다 = will, to be going to + V

거의 다 끝난 것 같아요. I think it’s almost over. 거의 = almost

한국에서는 얼굴이 작다고 In Korea, telling someone that she has a 한국 = Korea
