INTRODUCTION:

Steam boiler is called as heart of a chemical plant; therefore, its proper utilization has
direct bearing on the economy, reliability and durability of the plant. This manual is
therefore, prepared to offer certain suggestion, which are necessary for proper
handling of the system. In this fundamental method of handling has been explained for the user.

BOILER:
The boiler supplied has been developed for the generation of high pressure steam by using
natural gas .It is a natural circulation two pass radiant boiler followed by a separate
package type fin tubes economizer.
