clients of relevant information of general character, both about the entity and the distinct financial
instruments.

 Information for subcustodians (PDF 203 KB):

Santander Private Banking informs about the Subcostodians currently selected by Banco Santander
for the maintenance of global accounts, according to the ordinary operative in the signing of foreign
securities. For this, they have at their disposition information about the entity, country of origin, credit
score, requirements and rules about segregation of assets and specific derivative risks, in each case,
of the use of global accounts of each one of the international Subcustodians. It is known for a fact
that the relation contained can vary in fuction of the signed securities.

 Incentivos: they are incentives of fee assumption, commissions and non monetary profits that
Banco Santander satisfies or receives from third party entities, related with the loaning of
investment services that is realized from Santander Private Banking in respect to financial
 instruments. They are found available for our clients in the MiFID section of Santander Private
Banking Online.
