Job Purpose :
The Storekeeper will be responsible forreceiving, storing, issuing, controlling and
maintaining an adequate inventory of materials. In addition theStorekeeper shall also be
repsonsible in conductingand mainatining storeinventory.
Key Accountabilities :
Receives and maintains materials, supplies Arranges and coordinates delivery of
purchased supplies and materials; arranges location and layout of stock in storage
areas Maintains storage areas in a clean and orderly condition and ensures the security
of storage areas Checks and reconciles records with appropriate inventory listings and
records; reports discrepancies To ensure workplace health and safety requirement are
met and take responsibility for the security of the warehouse and stock

Skills
Knowledge and Experience

:* Bachelor degree followed by a minimum 3-4 years of experience in a FMCG field*


Expert in using Microsoft office applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and
Outlook* Hands on experience in automoted stock control Applications* Good
interpersonal and communication skills in Arabic and English* Candidate should be
flexible, team player and a hard worker

Job Description
• Receive and count stock items, and record data manually or using computer.
• Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and
investigate discrepancies or adjust errors.
• Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses.
• Mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other
labeling equipment
• To make sure that labors are cleaning and maintaining supplies, tools, equipment, and
storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Determine proper storage methods, identification, and stock location based on
turnover, environmental factors, and physical capabilities of facilities.
• Keep records on the use and/or damage of stock or stock handling equipment and
report any damage to supervisors

Urgently required for a leading Electro mechanical company involved with Building / Automation /
Solar Projects / Gas Power Plant in Saudi Arabia.

-Graduate in any field with minimum 5 to 7 years experience as Storekeeper for MEP / Building
Construction Projects.
-3 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, and recordkeeping;
-Plans and performs work that involves ordering, receiving, inspecting, returning, unloading, shelving,
packing, labeling, pricing, delivering, and maintaining a perpetual inventory of forms, office supplies, and
various types of equipment.
-Rotates stock and arranges for disposal of surpluses.
-Keeps records to maintain inventory control, cost containment and to assure proper stock levels.
-Coordinates freight handling, equipment moving and minor repairs. Oversees mail handling and courier
service.
-Operates simple office machines (which may in some cases include computer assisted inventory,
automotive equipment, and may operate a forklift or other light equipment used in moving heavy items).
May participate in the selection, training and supervision of subordinates, when applicable.
-Performs related and peripheral site-specific duties as required.

Store keeper

Job Description
1. To supervise material receipt, unloading and placement in assigned storage location.
2. To check material received quantities & specifications against order documents.
3. To manage space and determine storage methods according to the manufacturer's
guidelines and Company safety procedures.
4. To maintain stock level of materials to ensure continuous availability.
5. To maintain the filing system and stock records as per Company procedure.
6. To maintain supplies of materials, in compliance with storage safety regulations.
7. To recommend disposal of excess, defective or obsolete stock.

Skills
- Experience in steel.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2 - 3 years experience at similar position.
•Acceptable knowledge of English language.
•PC literate with good knowledge of M/S applications, especially Excel and Work.
•Data entry skills.
•Good communication skills.
