Your role within Alodokter will involve contacting by telephone selected users from our App to
further evaluate their medical condition and discuss potential referral to affiliated hospitals and
possible travel arrangements depending on where patient lives in relation to the hospital.

1. During a phone call to a user they express interest in having LASIK surgery in Bangkok,

states that she has a family history of “blood clots” but she is otherwise well. What
further information would you ask for to assess her fitness to fly and how would you
advise her in regards to travel plans for undergoing hysterectomy surgery.
