Firstly, discuss one aspect that YOU feel you did very well. Try to analyze why you think it worked
well and what hints you would share with other teachers about the successful strategy/
resource/activity/management style etc.

I taught English lesson and it was a story about how to catch a star. Before start reading the story, I
played twinkle, twinkle song to engage children. I sang and acted with them the song, then I asked
them some question about the stars and the cover page of the story, they were excited to know what
the story will talk about. I did well in these things. And the teacher liked what I did and how I started
the lesson.

Secondly, elaborate on the aspect identified by YOU that requires attention. Discuss what the
problem was, why it occurred and what action you intend to take to be more successful in the
next lesson.

I faced a problem and I felt confused while am reading the story because we have two children were
sleepy, they always sleepy and they didn't focus with the teacher. and I tried my best to grab their
attention by using pictures while am reading. Then I asked them to try to catch the stars by jumping.
They enjoyed this part very much. And next time I will act the story instead of reading it because
some children didn't understand, and they feel bored. but acting the story will grab their attention
more and they will interest.
Personal focus for next lesson:

I will focus on managing student behavior and search about new strategies that will work well with the students.
