Firstly, discuss one aspect that YOU feel you did very well. Try to analyze why you think it worked
well and what hints you would share with other teachers about the successful strategy/
resource/activity/management style etc.

I taught my first lesson and it was about math signs that we use it to make an equation. First, I
engaged children by showing them a video. then I started the lesson by using different strategies to
explain the lesson because we have different abilities and some student need more explaining to get
the ideas. And I did well when I taught them the lesson. Also, I noticed that using good manner will
work better with children.

Secondly, elaborate on the aspect identified by YOU that requires attention. Discuss what the
problem was, why it occurred and what action you intend to take to be more successful in the
next lesson.

While am teaching one of the children still talking and I tried to stop him, but I can't then I asked
him to come in front and help me. I really enjoyed with them and I noticed that using creative
activities will grab children's attention to do them.

Personal focus for next lesson:

Having a good classroom management and focus more on low ability children.
