Dear Student,

We are very pleased to inform you that you now have the option of studying Term 3 of the Global MBA
program (May 2016 intake) at our Mumbai campus. This option is offered as an alternative to spending the
last term in Dubai.

This is an extremely attractive option as it gives you the opportunity to pursue rewarding careers with top
companies in India. The fee structure, with the Mumbai option included, is provided in the annexure.

If you wish to take up the Mumbai study option, please send an email, no later than March 15, 2016 to
Ms. Priya Dhayatkar (Senior Admissions Officer – S P Jain): priya.dhayatkar@spjain.org with “Mumbai
campus for Term 3” as your subject line, followed by your full name.

You may change your choice of campus (Dubai or Mumbai) for Term 3 by the start of Term 2 in Sydney, i.e.,
no later than September 15, 2016.

If you had initially opted for Mumbai and wish to change to Dubai, then please note that you will need to
pay the difference in the housing fees, visa costs and insurance fees. If you had initially opted for Dubai and
wish to transfer to Mumbai for Term 3, the School will refund the difference in the housing fees, insurance
and visa expenses for Dubai (if you haven’t already applied for it).

The remaining terms of your admission offer letter, including the refund policy, remain the same.

Regards
