Evidence: Job interview

Imagine you are applying for a new job. Below you will find some common job
interview questions. For this evidence, you have to record yourself while you
answer them. Dress up. Look professional. Pay attention to your body language.
Show you really want to get that job. Remember to use the grammar structures
and vocabulary you have practiced within this learning activity.

1. If you could start your career over again, what would you do differently?

-If I could start my career again, I would focus a lot on finding a company more in
line with my technological profile and having put into practice everything related to
my career

2. During your performance reviews, what criticism do you hear the most?

-During my performance evaluation, the criticism I usually hear is that I remain


very shy.

3. Tell me about your last position?


-My last job was as an Administrative Assistant in Textiles LaFayette SAS.

4. What is your work philosophy?

-My work philosophy is based on order and organization.

5. How have you changed professionally speaking in the last two years?

-I feel more prepared to be able to lead work teams and consolidate the
knowledge learned in my Technological training.

6. Tell me about the best manager you have ever had.

-The best manager I have had has a special preparation, studies and many years
of work experience; Good person very humble, knows how to handle the ethical
work environment. He is very cooperative and practical.

7. What were the most memorable accomplishments in your last position?

-My most memorable achievements were creating a format to control the exit of
fabrics from the warehouse avoiding the theft of fabrics and creating stocks that
allow to know where the inventory is located and which vendor takes it.

8. Why do you want to leave your current job?

-I want to start a new stage in my life and be able to perform as a leader.

9. In your previous position, how much time did you spend learning how to do
things better?

-At the same time that I did an activity on a daily basis, I tried to improve it.

10. If you’re very happy with your current job, why do you want to leave?

-Because the work environment became tense and I want better expectations for
my life and to be able to develop in the workplace for which I study.
