STAGE 3 – LEARNING PLAN
Summary of Learning Activities (Think about WHERETO):

1. Introduce Essential Questions student: What makes a person a good citizen? How do good
citizens make their community a better place?
2. Introduction to being a Good Citizen by reading the Being a Good Citizen by Mary Small and
