Part A 1.15.4 10 of 123 Bidder should prepare the EMD as per the instructions specified in the tender document.
The original should be posted/couriered/given in person to the concerned official, so as
to reach latest by the last date and time of bid submission. The details of the DD/any
other accepted instrument, physically sent, should tally with the details available in the
scanned copy and the data entered during bid submission time. Scanned copy EMD shall be uploaded in
Tender fee Pack-1 envelope or Otherwise the uploaded bid
will be rejected.
Can you please specify what are any other accepted instrument other than
DD or Bid bond. We request you to allow Wire transfer or SWIFT transfer to
AAI account the amount equivalent to EMD. We will upload the copy of the
instrument accordingly after transfer. Since bid bond is a long process and
is subject to bank to bank interaction. In case of allowing this, we request
you to provide AAI bank details with SWIFT code of the branch where
money needs to be deposited.
