SUBJECT: Situational report about the on-going C3 regional project

Please be informed that an incident occured last May 6, 2017 at around 10:00 PM at STA
3+710 C3 Road, Iligan City.

A landslide with an approximate volume of 150-200 cu.m. of earth resulted from a heavy
rain collapsing a portion of a grouted riprap and blocking half of the road lane. The area still
eroding and landslide is still inherent once heavy rain occur.

Please be informed that there have been infrastructure collapses in our C3 Diversion Road
after our ocular inspection at stations:

1. 3+360 Landslide (Approx. 40-55 cu.m.) with collapsed grouted riprap

2. 3+640 Grouted Riprap Collapse (Approx. 50-70 cu.m.) and cracking on

adjacent PCCP

3. 5+070 Bridge (Puga-an) Abutment Slope Protection Collapse (Approx. 20

cu.m.)
