Leading a team for erection, commissioning activities of gas plant and related piping with high pressure
and high H2S content sour gas systems.

Involved in planning and execution of pre commissioning activities such as Hydro test, Water Flushing,
air blowing, tightness test, inertization, and dry out activities.

Having hands on experience in planning and execution of commissioning activities, procedure

preparation, and markup P&ID preparation, dossier Preparation, Preparation of Tie in method
statement, Loop checking, system and subsystem seperatation.

Prepared and maintained documents such as pre commissioning and commissioning checklists.

Lead and coordinated with team members for PFD and P&ID review, red line mark up, Plant system
component list database preparation etc.

Lead and participated in SIMOPS study, Risk assessment, HAZID & HOZOP study, Hazard & Effects
register preparation, Operation procedure preparation along with Engineering consultants and QP client
teams.

Manage vendor mobilization to support Commissioning works.

COMMISSIONING & OPERATIONS ENGINEER (CTJV)

In charge of commissioning activities in sour gas processing facility (2 trains X 7.8MMTPA LNG production

capacity).

 Onshore Inlet Gas facilities involving slug catcher (3 phase separator with 5000m3 volume),

Inlet gas heaters, Inlet separators, pressure let down station and KO drums.
 Condensate stabilizing unit with steam driven off gas compressors ( Mitsubishi).
 Condensate treatment (Merichem process) units with capacity of 1,16,500BPD.
 Sour water treatment and well injection section.
 Enriched Acid gas compression and injection systems.
 Acid Gas removal section involving (Ucarsol) Amine absorber, Rich flash drum and

Regenerator with capacity of 1680 knm3/h sour feed gas flow and 1480m3/hr Ucarsol flow.
 Acid gas enrichment section with Acid gas enrichment absorber and MDEA regenerator to

enrich acid gas as 53%.

 Acid gas to elemental Sulfur production by CLAUS process with capacity of 1400TPD involving

reaction furnace, boilers, waste heat recovery boilers, CLAUS reactor ,condensers, heaters,

high capacity blowers, and incinerator.

 Tail gas treating section by SCOT process to extend sulfur recovery to 99.9% involving

reactor, condensers, heaters and absorber.

 H.P, M.P & L.P steam regeneration facilities, steam lines and other utility services

such as instrument air, plant air, Firewater Deluge system and fuel gas systems etc.
 Dry out and startup of fired heaters, incinerators and pre heaters. Operational

testing of all process equipments, fire & gas and ESD functions.

Generating a Commissioning Execution Plan, that identifies the method of execution of

commissioning, roles and responsibilities of all involved in the project.

Responsible to develop commissioning and operating procedures prior to commissioning.

Day to day co-ordination between commissioning & start-up teams to review intended work
and its implications upon other works & safety.

Establish overall control of the scope of work through permit to work system.

Identify and document completion milestones and KPI’s to ensure seamless transition from
commissioning to final handover to operations in strict adherence to HSE regulations.

Ensure performance monitoring, cost control and realistic planning to establish achievable

To ensure that all project deliverables are maintained through accurate reporting of A, B, C
scope multi discipline check sheets and punch list from FAT’s, vendors, sub-contractors,
contractors and engineering in alignment with the project planned schedule.

Liaising with Vendor Equipment, commissioning consumables and commissioning scheduled

manpower requirements are met and that all operational teams contain the right skills and fit
for purpose.

Responsible for the day to day co-ordination as area authority and ensuring all works were
correctly and safely carried out. Attending daily progress meetings to update all works
intended, designating restricted/live areas and the release of equipment to be commissioned
deemed energized.

Lead Pre commissioning and commissioning activities of 140KTPA Propylene manufacturing

Oleflex complex by Propane Dehydrogenation process consist of propane purification, reaction,
CCR and propylene fractionation sections.

Utility having 3 Nos of High pr. Thermax Boilers with 45 Bar and capacity of 115 T/Hr each and
its WHR Units.

Centrifugal compressors (GE, MAN, Cooper) driven by steam turbines (Siemens, Mitsubishi).

Absorber and distillation columns with Multi down comer, Packed, sieve tray, valve tray and
bubble cap columns.

Natural draft Furnaces, Process fuel gas fired furnaces and incinerators.

Cold box (Linde)Turbo Expanders(Linde).

My duties involved with Preparation of Method statement, System markup P & ID, tests Pack
Review & PTW.

Conduct internal meeting to high light progress of pre-commissioning activities and safety
related issue.

My scope of work consists of pre-commissioning /commissioning activities such as water

flushing, air blowing, chemical cleaning, steam blowing, leak test, reinstatement, punch list
etc. Checking and inspection static equipment such as Vessel, Column, Exchanger, Heater,
Piping.
Participate in witness points on the mechanical completion check lists. Involved in Performance
test of running equipments with vendors.
