1. To ensure that proper clisposition is carried out cluring Oisasteis and

emergencies , this Office announces the conduct of the DlVl$lON TRAINING OF
$CHOOL DRRM FOCAK PER$ONS ON BA$IC LIFH $UPPORT,RESCUE
QFERATION ANP DISASTER MANAGEMENT on October 23-?5,2015 at Bacon East
Central $chool, Priblacion, Bacon District , $orsogon City.(See enclosure)
')- The training aims to:

a.orient the participants on Basic Life $upport, Rescue Op*oration

and Disaster Management
ll.equip the $ehool DRRM Focal Persons of the nece$$ary ltrrowledge,
skills and attitudes to effectively handle disasters arrd enrerrgencies; anrJ
c.perform the functions and roles on Disaster Risk Reductiorr
Managemerrt
3. Participants to the training are $chool DRRM Focal Persons. All schools nrust
be represented in the training.

4. All schools are enjoined to pre-register their participants by calling or textirrq

their names CIn CIr hefore October 15, 2015 to CP I{o.09462568396.This is to facilitate
the preparation of the training hand-outs and other materials. Only the number of
confirmed participants shall be ttre basis for the preparation of the materials anc! shall
he given preference in the distribution of Kitslharrd-outs wlrile wall<-in shall be given as
soon as additional orcJei-s are available.

5. The training will start at B:00 in the morning of Day 1, thu$, all participants are
expeeted to be at the venue on time.
