Objective: Quick learning and performance driven engineering professional with a

bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and with 4 months experience at Kerala
minerals and metals limited as a graduate mechanical engineer trainee, my goal is to find a
full time mechanical engineer job and continue to utilize knowledge of engineering
principles and background in piping or quality.

Dec 2017 - Graduate Mechanical Engineer Trainee

Present The Kerala Minerals And Metals Limited (KMML), Kollam
 Assisted managers and engineers of Maintenance Planning department.
 In planning section, performed vibration analysis using vibration meter
and preparation of condition monitoring reports for predictive
maintenance.
 Consulted in the maintenance and working of rotary equipments viz
reciprocating, centrifugal and twin lobe compressors, oxidizer, steam
turbine - motor coupled units , heat exchanger, filters , agitators,
centrifugal pumps, different types of valves, pressure vessel including
boilers, steam micronizer etc, conveying systems viz bucket elevator, belt
conveyers and screw feeders and balancing of rotating parts.
 Dealt with fabrication and erection of piping systems, erection of static
as well as dynamic equipments on site as part of both preventive and
shut down maintenance, pressure and leak testing of piping systems and
heat exchanger and non-destructive testing using dye penetrant.
 Examined in reading G.A drawings of piping systems and vessels and
isometric drawings.
