™ If such a substance or mixture of substances may
cause substantial injury or substantial illness during
or as a proximate result of any customary or
reasonably foreseeable ingestion by children but
shall not include
– agricultural fertilizers
– pesticides and insecticides
– and other economic poisons, radioactive substances, or
substances intended for use as fuels, coolants,
refrigerants and the like;

Cocamidopropyl betaine 2.0g
Propylene Glycol 2.0g
Imidazolidinyl urea 0.10g
Fragrance 0.20g
Colorant q.s.
Water, q.s. ad 100.0g
Procedure
–
1. Heat Water to 60oC
2. Add sodium laureth sulfate and gently mix
3. Add coconut diethanolamide and gently mix
4. Add cocamidopropyl betaine and gently mix
5. Add propylene glycol and gently mix
6. Cool to 40oC, then add fragrance and colorant
