Dear Candidate,

We thank you for responding to our advertisement for recruitment to GRADUATE ENGINEER TRAINEE
(GET) / MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MT) in our organization. Please follow the following rules and
instructions.

1. Rules:
a) You must bring this Admit Card duly completed along with Blue/Black ball point pen (not Gel Pen) to the
test centre. You should reach the test centre/venue at the reporting time as mentioned overleaf. Late comers
will not be permitted to appear in the test.

b) Candidates are not allowed to carry any papers, notes, books, calculators, mobile phones, laptops etc. in
the test centre/campus. Any candidate found using or in possession of such unauthorized material or indulging
in copying or adopting unfair means is liable to be summarily disqualified. After the examination is over,
handover the question booklet and answer sheet to the room invigilator. DO NOT carry the question booklet
or any part thereof outside the examination hall. Doing so is punishable offence.

c) The duration of the test is of 2 hours and 30 minutes. Question paper will be objective type of 120 marks.
Question paper will comprise of total 120 questions i.e. General Aptitude test (60 questions) and Subject
Knowledge Test Discipline wise (60 questions).

d) Your candidature for this test is provisional and subject to your having passed the qualifying examination
with the required percentage of marks and meeting other eligibility conditions as indicated in the
advertisement and required medical standards. This letter should, therefore, not be construed as acceptance of
your eligibility for recruitment as a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)/ Management Trainee(MT) in NALCO.
If at any stage it is found that you are ineligible for the test, your candidature will be rejected.

e) Request for change of test centre/venue will not be entertained.

f) In the event if you being declared successful in the written test, you will have to appear for a Interview
before NALCO Selection Board. A separate communication will be sent to the short listed candidates as well
as the result of the written test will also be available in our website.

g) Candidate is to keep the lower portion of the admit card with him/her after being signed by the Invigilator
and bring it along with him/her while appearing for the Interview, if short listed.

f) No TA will be paid to General, OBC, PWD and local SC/ST candidates.
