This matter having come before the Court upon the Complaint filed by plaintiff Jody L.

Kriss (“Plaintiff’) and the

accompanying Motion, the Court hereby finds that Plaintiffs Motion

be GRANTED, and this Court enters Judgment and injunctive relief in favor of Plaintiff, against

defendants Reviewer I et al„ posting on various websites. as outlined,' below. Plaintiff and

Defendants are hereby collectively referred to as the “Parties.

false and disparaging statements regarding Plaintiff on

Internet.

PERMANENT INJUNCTION

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED as follows:

a) Defendants and their agents are prohibited from any further acts of defamation or
publication of false statements, comments, or information regarding Plaintiff on the
Websites or other public-facing websites;

b) The Parties are mandated to take all reasonable actions they can under the law to remove
the false statements from the Websites including, but not limited to. A) Defendants
personally deleting all websites and/or content on the Websites they created about
Plaintiff, and B) the Parties requesting the removal of any content published on the
Internet about Plaintiff on third-party websites, including those statements found at the
following URLs:

d) The Parties are mandated, as it is foreseeable that the above-referenced URLs and
statements contained thereon will be referenced on additional webpages in the future
including, but not limited to, index, directory, and search results pages, to take all actions
available under the law to remove all such web pages from the Internet, including
requesting removal from the Internet search engines Google, Yahoo!, and Bing, of all
such webpages.
