Bugo, Cagayan de Oro, Philippines, by virtue of these presents, do hereby SELL,
TRANSFER AND CONVEY, to the said Vendee, his heirs and assigns, the above
described motor vehicle, as is where is, free from all liens and encumbrances. The
parties likewise hereby agree that all expenses related to the transfer of ownership of
the above motor vehicle, shall be shouldered by the Vendee.
