Central’s Gospel Ensemble: July 1, 8 and 15
Come join the fun as we explore music of African-American religious traditions. No previous musical experience or formal training is
required. Singers of all ages are encouraged to come and learn exciting gospel style music in the traditional way, through listening
and repetition from a leader. All you will need is joy for singing. The Gospel Ensemble will lead music in worship on Sunday, July 15.
Rehearsals will be Sundays July 1, July 9, and July 15 at 10:15-10:45am in the choir room. To sign up or for more information contact

Summer Choir: July 22 and/or July 29
Do you enjoy singing but don’t have the time to commit to the Chancel Choir? Get your chance Sunday July 22 or July 29 (or
both) and participate in a chorus that will have only a one Sunday commitment. A brief rehearsal from 9:30- 10:30 will precede the
worship service. This year’s summer choir will be led by guest conductor Yolanda Green who is the director of Fine Arts at St.
Stephen Church in Louisville. Both weeks the choir will sing easy to learn choral anthems based on familiar hymn tunes. To sign up or

Thank you to our recorder trio (Charles Baker, Johnanna Bos, and Carole Gnatuk) and Haley De Witt and Stacy Moore for providing
service music during worship today while Phillip is away at Montreat. We are blessed to have such talented members of our
congregation. Please show them your gratitude after today's service.

Thank you to members of the Ceruti Chamber Players: Grace Baugh- Bennett, Robert Docs, Don Gottlieb, and Trevor Johnson for
providing music in worship this morning while Phillip is away at Montreat. The Ceruti Chamber Players present their concerts
through the year in our wonderful sanctuary right here at Central including their upcoming Sommermusik concert on ….. Ceruti
concerts are free and open to the public. We are blessed to have them sharing their talent with us. Please show them your gratitude
after today's service.
