able to:
 Recognize the parts of the room.
 Match the pictures and read the words.
 Read and write the sentences in copybooks,
Math  Recall and write numbers 1-60.
 Count and add within 10 by mental addition.
 Recall numbers names from forty.

Science Unit 6: The Fruits.

 Write and match the pictures of their words.
 Recognize and read the words: kiwi, grapes, orange.

English  Understand that print differs from pictures by using one-to-one

correspondence when reading.
 Understand that print and pictures convey meaning by telling a
story from a text or a picture
 Listen to, say and blend syllables in words.
Math  Students will be able to recognize and identify numbers 1 to 50.
 Students will be able to count forwards from 1 to 50.
 Students will be able to say and write number names.

Science  Student will be able to compare and identify features of living

things.
 Explore and observe real living and non-living things in the
environment (learning corners, the playground, at home, at
school) and in pictures.

 Speaking and listening: Listen to, say and blend syllables in words and
be able to recognize and identify CVC words.
 Students will be able to recognize and identify prepositional phrases in
texts.
 Students will be able to use prepositions of place correctly.

Math  Recall and write numbers 1-60.

 Count and add within 15 by mental addition.
 Recall numbers’ names.

Science Unit 7: The Vegetables

 Recognize different kinds of vegetables and their importance.
 Read and learn 3 vegetables names: potato, tomato, and chilli.
