To Whom It May Concern:

It has been my pleasure to have known Destiny Dorfe for the past four years as her counselor at Western
High School. Destiny is a charming student who makes an impression on all around her. ​She is a well
rounded student who has explored many of the outstanding opportunities for academic
advancement here at WHS. For example, Destiny is currently enrolled in Performing Arts,
advanced Math, and advanced Science courses. She is a hard- worker who strives for
dependability, and is a very creative problem solver. There have been several times over the past
few years where I have been impressed by her ability to quickly figure out an inventive solution
to a problem she was faced with.

I have found Destiny to be articulate and respectful to peers and faculty alike, and to have a very
friendly personality that leads her to naturally befriend those around her. She is creative and
caring, and committed to her studies. Overall, I feel she embodies the spirit of high school and
what it means to truly make the most of the four short years spent there. ​I feel Destiny is
determined to find her place in the world, and I admire her for her resolution. I wish to give
Destiny Dorfe ​my enthusiastic recommendation!
