ACTIVITY DESIGN

I. Rationale
Seekers of Unsaved Lives (S.O.U.L) is a youth-oriented Christian organization and the
youth-arm of Trinity Mission International of Quezon, Inc. Our purpose is to share the gospel to
every youth, help them grow spiritually through intentional discipleship, thus living a meaningful
life.

In this regard, S.O.U.L will hold Youth Retreat on June 1-2, 2018 at 5:00 – 11:00 AM.

II. Activity Title : Summer Youth Retreat 2018

III. Objective : To prepare participants spiritually before they venture again for
the hurdles and spiritual challenges of this school year.
IV. Date : June 1-2, 2018
V. Time : 5:00PM (June 1) – 11:00 AM (June 2)
VI. Venue : TMI Malabanban Sur Church
VII. Target Clients : 50 students
VIII. Source of Fund : Outreach Offerings and Sponsorships
IX. Amount :
a. Food P4,000.00
b. Materials(Games/Activities) P1,000.00
