Subject: Revising t h e Documentary Requirements for t h e

Application o f Certificate o f Conformity for New
Motor Vehicles

Pursuant to Sections 21 and 51 of Republic Act No. 8749 also known as the
Philippine Clean Air Act of 1999 (CAA), Section 7(d), Rule XXXl of DAO 2000-81
(Implementing Rules and Regulations of the CAA) i s hereby amended as follows:

"Vehicle Type Approval System test result by DOTCILTO (while the DOTCILTO
