power of attorney of the feduciary, which was granted unconstitutinally, unlawfully, on a
one sided contract, whereas the governing powers are not to break constitutional law nor
are they to violate statutory law. This a formal notification: to the federal reserve, the
ministry of social services, the social workers association of canada, social workers
association of America, the social workers association of regina &/or saskatchewan, the
vatican, the international monetary fund, the world bank the vital statistics, the
government of saskatchewan, the government of regina, the attorney general of regina,
the attorney general of canada, the clerk of the courts, the court of queens bench, the
foster care system of saskatchewan, the court clerks, the regina police service. All of the
agencies policing over the life of my heirs, my life and my finances including those
separated from, fractioned from, taken from, my heirs factualized trusts, bons and
accounts, or my own factualized trusts, bonds, master secured party creditor account,
any and all accounts within the public trust in the federal reserve, or an corporate credit
unions internatonal, national , or local banking institution, as well as all of those
previously listed in the above section of this notice of revocation of power of feduciary &
attorney NO LONGER HAS THE AUTHORITY to act on my behalf or the behalf of :Derik-
Sean-Lawrence:Amon., :Olivia-Marie-Lynn:Amon., :Damian-Nathanial:Amon. nor do they
for their heir :Sean-Nathanial:Amon. And ANY authority previously conferred on ANY of

INSTRUCTIONS FOR

EXECUTING YOUR REVOCATION

Before signing you Revocation Of Power of Feduciary & Attorney, ensure that you have
read it and understand it.

To be valid, you must autograph & sign the document using your normal cheque
autograohing &/or signingsignature/autograph. The autographing/signing must occur in
the presence of your witnesses.

After you have autographed/signed your document in front of your witnesses, your
witnesses must sign the document in your presence.
Remember that your witnesses cannot be your spouse, partner, child, heir, ypour attorney,
or alternate attorney, or the spouse of your attorney or alternate attorney. Some
jurisdictions disallow witnesses that are mentioned in your will, either as benneficiary or
executor/executrix. You should generally avoid having witnesses that have any financial
relationship with you. The witnesses must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and they
must be mentally capable.

EFFECTING YOUR REVOCATION

To ensure that your revocation is effective, you must give notice by registered mail. This
means that your attorney and any written party affected by the power of attorney (ex.
financial institutions, land registries, agencies, and individuals, international reserves).
It is therefore insufficient to simply mail out your revocation and assume it has been
recieved. You must be certain that all relevant parties have actually recieved the
revocation - double registered mail or personal delivery may be the best option.
Furthermore, if your Power if Feduciary & Attorney gave authority over rea estate, it is
best to register your revocation with a legal description of the property in the deed
registry or land titles office where the land is located.

Ask your attorney to return all of his/her copies of the power of attorney. Mark the words
"Revoked" on each copy to ensure they cannot be used again.
