ORDER:
The department in the proceedings 1 •• read above have issued orders delegating certain
powers to RDDTPs/DTCPOs to bring at administrative closure to the public in their respective
regions and District level for approval of Industrial applications received through single desk
policy.

Now this department is issued revised delegation of powers to RDDTP / DTCPOs for
approval of Industrial applications / C.D.C.C. cases received through Single Desk Policy as
follows:

Any application not covered above will be dealt in Head Office.

The officers authorized shall exercise delegated powers judiciously and strictly as per
rules and procedures in vogue.
In case any violation is observed by the undersigned action will be initiated against
concerned and powers will be withdrawn.

However, DT&CP reserve the right of approval wherever required on case by case basis
depending on the priority of project/ Government to avoid inconvenience to the entrepreneurs.

Therefore, it is requested to take necessary action accordingly.
